Engaging with our customers
We are conducting customer interviews right now to ensure our development process takes into account the specific requirements of different industries, sectors, geography, regulation and practices of our customers.
We aim to conduct over 1,000 of these in our pre-launch phase across every industry globally alongside a wide ranging desktop audit of publicly available data on relevant costs.
Modern automotive manufacturers use common architecture to develop a wide variety of models on the same platform. We seek to do the same: create a base platform but provide industry specific and localised adaptations for our client firms.
Once all the interviews and desktop audits have been completed, we will provide participants with a full report that will include aggregated data broken down into industry sectors and geography that we believe will be very insightful reading.

Customer Discovery Process
The process involves a questionnaire, a linked spreadsheet and a short interview to follow up from your submission. All of the information provided will be held under strict anonymity and confidentiality.

We believe we have many of the answers to the problems that plague our customers, but we don't pretend to have all the answers. Not everyone is the same and each interview we conduct increases our specific knowledge of how those issues manifest in different industries and allows us to take account of those variations.
